The famous Umbrella Street at Prince Bishops Place has come to a close for 2023, and what an incredible year it has been! Our socials have been inundated with incredible pictures from you all, and we are incredibly happy to see the joy this street has brought to the city of Durham.
Since May, the skies have been filled with Union Jack umbrellas to honour the King’s Coronation, as well as purple and white umbrellas to represent Durham’s signature colours.
We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who visited Umbrella Street this year, and give a shoutout to those who took some incredible photos to commemorate this special time!
