Prince Bishops Place will be filled with festive cheer this season as they not only welcome Father Christmas to the centre, but also a magical pedal powered Christmas tree and a fun children’s trail.
From Saturday 4th December there will be a brand-new installation at Prince Bishops Place; a pedal powered Christmas tree! Customers are invited to have a go on the pedals to light up the tree and start the Christmas music! Customers will also have the chance to make a voluntary donation to raise funds for The Treetops Children’s Ward at the University Hospital of North Durham.
From Friday 3rd December until Friday 24th December, little shoppers will be able to visit Father Christmas in his Lodge and receive a special gift. A minimum donation of £2 per children will be required to see Father Christmas with 100% of the profits going to The Treetops Children’s Ward at the University Hospital of North Durham. Families can also have a go at the festive crafts on offer in the Christmas Craft Cabin – located opposite of Elvet & Bailey’s Handmade Christmas Shop. For opening times visit here
Whilst at the centre, families can pick up a FREE festive trail sheet from the Christmas Craft Cabin and Elvet & Bailey’s Handmade Christmas Shop. Children will be challenged to find the letters on the eleven Christmas figures hidden around Prince Bishops Place and arrange them to discover the mystery phrase! Families can return their sheet to receive a treat!
With the kids entertained, Prince Bishops Place is the perfect place to shop for festive gifts and fashion. Customers will be spoilt for choice with the mix of all the favourite high street brands and unique independent stores, you can’t find anywhere else.
