Recycle Your Christmas Tree With St Cuthbert’s Hospice!
Make disposing of your real Christmas tree hassle-free by recycling it with St Cuthbert’s Hospice. For a suggested donation of £12, St Cuthbert’s Hospice will collect your tree and take it away to be sustainably recycled.
This means there’ll be no mess, and no queuing at the tip. Just remove your decorations, book your collection, and wait for it to be taken away.
Collections are available for the following postcodes: DH1, DH2, DH3, DH4, DH5, DH6, DH7 & DH8.
Booking Your Collection
Bookings must be registered before midnight on the 5th January 2025. You can register here.
Christmas tree collections commence on 13th January 2025.
By supporting the St Cuthbert’s Hospice Christmas Tree Recycling Scheme, you’re helping them to continue providing free care and support to those living with life-limiting illnesses, people approaching the end of life, and families who are bereaved.
Don’t forget, if you’re planning on having a post-Christmas clear out, you can always donate any pre-loved toys, gifts, clothes or other household items at your local St Cuthbert’s Hospice store at Prince Bishops Place!
