How to Book
To guarantee equipment hire for Lumiere, please pre-book. Lumiere is one of Durham’s busiest events, and demand for mobility aids will be high. BOOK HERE
Collection & Return Times
Customers can collect pre-booked equipment from Shopmobility from 4:30 pm onwards over Lumiere.
Return & Closing: Shopmobility is planning on closing the shop around 9:00 pm. However, their closing time is flexible, and they will stay open until all equipment has been safely returned.
