As well as a shop selling handmade gifts, Elvet & Bailey has a stunning art gallery that has been building a beautiful collection of work from local artists. Rich with culture, these pieces capture just how breathtaking the North East is.
You can expect to see paintings from Jenny Ulyatt, Matthew Ellwood, Bill Hindmarsh, Graham Caffull, and Angela Tracy, who regularly exhibit their art at the gallery. Some of their work is also available to buy, so you can take home a piece from their stunning collection.
The gallery has also introduced ‘Artist of the Month’ this year, focusing on one artist’s brilliant work. So, you can expect to see something new every time you visit throughout 2026.
