We’re delighted to share that the French-style bistro, located here at Prince Bishops Place, has received a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating from Durham County Council following an inspection earlier this week.
For a small independent business, this is a hugely important achievement. It gives both their guests and their team confidence in everything they do.
